16 мая 2024 года первый заместитель Председателя Правительства Республики Саха (Якутия) Дмитрий Садовников представил коллективам Министерства имущественных и земельных отношений республики и подведомственным организациям Светлану Александровну Арбузову, назначенную первым заместителем министра имущественных и земельных отношений Республики Саха (Якутия).
Глава Якутии Айсен Николаев 16 мая 2024 года своим указом назначил Арбузову Светлану Александровну первым заместителем министра имущественных и земельных отношений Республики Саха (Якутия).
Светлана Александровна Арбузова имеет высшее образование, окончила Московский юридический институт МВД России. Трудовую деятельность начала следователем следственного отдела 4 городского отдела милиции УВД города Якутска МВД Республики Саха (Якутия).
Занимала различные руководящие должности в системе МВД по Республике Саха (Якутия), связанные с оперативной деятельностью, экономической безопасностью, организации тылового обеспечения.
С 2013 года по настоящее время работала начальником отдела организации тылового обеспечения МВД по Республике Саха (Якутия), возглавляла земельно- имущественный комплекс.
Заместитель министра имущественных и земельных отношений РС (Я) Екатерина Константиновна Миронова от имени коллективов МИЗО РС (Я) и подведомственных организаций поздравила Светлану Александровну Арбузову с назначением, пожелав успешной реализации намеченных планов, успехов и достижений.
