21 декабря в ГКУ РС(Я) «Республиканское агентство имущества» бизнес-тренер Алена Шкулепо провела для сотрудников первые блоки обучающего тренинга «Эффективное наставничество».
Цель тренинга – развитие у участников тренинга умений построить гибкую систему обучения и адаптации новых сотрудников к их рабочим местам, проще говоря, повышение навыков наставничества у уже опытных членов коллектива.
Тренинг входит в мероприятия проекта «Совершенствование процесса адаптации новых работников отдела распоряжения, учета и разграничения госсобственности ГКУ РС (Я) «Республиканское агентство имущества» в рамках проектного портфеля «Эффективный регион».
